76189: Nursery Manager in Early Years 

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 Per annum 
Hours: Full time 
Location: Coventry CV6 

Vacancy details: 

  • Required: Relevant Level 3 or 4 as defined by Teaching Agency (DoE) and above in Childcare, Learning and development or an equivalent qualification. 
  • To deliver high quality education and care through play for children aged 6wks – 5 years in an inclusive well established Nursery setting. 
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering high quality Early Years Foundation Stage practice including implementing the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice - Knowledge and experience of planning effectively for and supporting children’s individual needs. 
  • Ability and willingness to meet children’s personal and intimate care needs sensitively and to lift, carry and move children, equipment and resources - Ability to observe and record children’s learning and development effectively. 
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with others in a multi-disciplinary team in a busy environment, including implementing agreed strategies for children’s learning and writing coherent and concise reports
  • To organise trips and outings, visitors and special events, including fund-raising activities. - To be responsible for staff training and identification of training needs

  • Coordinators are also responsible for being part of the on-call team to fulfil duties as outlined within the business needs.

Vacancy details: 

  • As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities, personal care, and overall well-being.
  • You will work in their private homes, ensuring that clients' physical and emotional needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
  • Essential: Driving Licence and access to own car
  • Desired: Care certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Adult Social Care is preferable but not necessary as we provide the training.
  • Prior experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, or related role preferred.
  • Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting clients with mobility challenges.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR procedures is preferred but not necessary as we provide the training.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid background check and health clearance.
