The Job Shop offers a safe and welcoming environment for those requiring support to find their next positive destination, whether that be employment, education or training.

AES: ESOL for Employability course

• Do you want to improve your English and looking for a job?
• CCC Adult ed and The Migration Team are offering 4-week intensive ESOL for Employability courses
• Courses start every 5 weeks - next course date is: 3 June 2024
• Days: Monday to Thursday (4 days a week)
• Time: 9:30am - 14:30pm
• Place: Methodist Central Hall, Warwick Lane, Coventry, CV1 2HA

Who is the course for?

• For learners who are Entry 2 level (pre-intermediate) or above and looking for work.
• For learners who have newly arrived in the UK or have refugee status.
• For learners who have the right to work in the U.K

Please note eligibility criteria apply.

What will the course cover?

• English grammar
• English vocabulary and pronunciation especially related to jobs and working in the UK
• Employment-related skills such as job search, CV, job application, and job interviews.
• The course contents will be tailored to the type of job you are looking for.
• You will be supported by Employment Advisers who will help you look for work

How can you join?

You will need an ESOL assessment before you can join this course.
